LFC launches latest ticketing survey giving fans a real say

Supporters who have successfully registered their access requirements with us can purchase accessible tickets, subject to availability.

Ticket details will be advertised on a match-by-match basis on the relevant fixture page. Eligibility criteria may apply depending on the fixture or ticket sale.

To purchase tickets at the concessionary rate and any associated Personal Assistant tickets, supporters must have their access requirements registered with us. Please see below for information on how to do this.

All ticket sales take place in conjunction with General Admission ticket sales.

If you require any assistance with your purchase, please contact the Disability Team on 0151 264 2500, option 1.

How can I register my accessibility requirements with the Club

Please contact Supporter Services and select Disability Tickets and Information who will help you start the registration process. Our access requirements registration process is facilitated through Nimbus, the organisation behind the Access Card scheme.

We will be using the Access Card and FREE Liverpool FC Digital Access Pass to confirm access requirements for supporters registering with the Club. Once you contact Supporter Services, information on how to apply will be provided.

Please note that Access Cards issued by Nimbus state your accessibility requirements and do not grant access to the stadium. They differ to Stadium Access Cards issued by Liverpool FC, which are photographic ID cards that can be used at the turnstile instead of a digital NFC pass to those who meet our strict eligibility criteria.
